HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

In the majority of cases, I aim to bring about improvement in one session, and well over half the people I treat, meet with a significant degree of success in one session.

Sessions normally last 1 hour - the first probably a little longer

I follow up after a week to see how things are going and only arrange further sessions if the client requests it.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Sessions cost £40 each.
